Your new company
An established law firm is currently recruiting for an experienced litigation legal secretary in their Belfast City Centre office.

Your new role

You will be responsible for handling and filing sensitive documents and dairy management.
You will type correspondence and documents and arrange meetings and appointments with clients while handling phone calls from both clients and solicitors.
You will also provide general secretarial and administration support.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally 2+ years working in a similar type of law firm's litigation department.
You will be able to handle confidential information and adaptable to various competing demands while demonstrating a high degree of professional service in response to queries.
You will have proficient IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
