A six-office Legal 500 firm with sites across the Home Counties, Midlands and East Anglia are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor for their Cambridge office. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a junior or NQ Solicitor.
Responsibilities of your new role
In this Commercial Property role, you will act for clients in the retail, industrial and office sectors on a range of work including:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
- Development work
- Portfolio management
Additionally, this Commercial Property Solicitor role involves Business Development and Marketing duties.
Candidate requirements
In relation to this Commercial Property role, the firm seeks applications from those who demonstrate:
- NQ Solicitor or up to 1 year of PQE
- Experience and/or training with a leading regional / national practice
- An interest and experience of business development and marketing is advantageous
