Commercial Property Lawyer is required for a social enterprise firm based in Bedfordshire on a permanent basis. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a social enterprise firm prides itself in providing a high level service to its public sector clients. You will be undertaking good quality work for local authority clients, charities, NHS and CCGs in the area which means the work will be diverse and exciting.

The work will range from routine property work but you will also be involved with running your own projects in regeneration and development of key sites across the County. You will be advising and negotiating on projects involving multiple agencies and client interests, including the third sector and charitable organisations. There may be an element of residential work but this will be kept to a minimum.

The client is ideally looking for someone with 4-5 years PQE + but is happy to consider candidates at all levels. You will be joining a well-established team that is innovate in their approach.
