Prosecutions Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Prosecutions Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive local authority based in the East Midlands.

The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will be required to undertake a prosecutions caseload, with emphasis on trading standards prosecutions

The Prosecutions Lawyer will be required to attend court on a regular basis, and will ideally have access to a car.

The successful candidate must have experience in dealing with complex Trading Standards prosecutions as this will be a main element of the locum role.

This contract is to run for an initial period of 3 months, with possibility of extension.
