The London office of this major regional firm is looking to recruit a further commercial disputes partner. While the underlying objective is to add strength in depth to the London team through the hire of an established partner with an existing book of business, there are also succession considerations and as such this is a great opportunity for the incoming partner to leverage off the firm's existing relationships.
While the firm is keen to talk to any talented commercial disputes partners with established practices, the greatest potential for synergies would be with partners with big-ticket insolvency experience or experience handling policy holder disputes.
