Property Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in Leicester. Our client is offering flexibility with home working

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will take on a variety of commercial property matters, including, but not exclusive to:

• Sales and purchases of land or property
• Knowledge of public open spaces
• Leases and licences
• Right to buy
• Landlord and tenant

We encourage applicants who are from either a public sector background or a private practice background.

The contract is for an initial period of 3 months, however, it is likely that this will be extended.

Our client is happy to receive applications from candidates who are seeking either full-time or part-time employment.
