Adults Social Care Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an Adults Social Care Solicitor to join a large public sector organisation based in South Wales, in a central location.

The successful Adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to:

• Court of protection applications
• Deprivation of liberty
• Providing general legal advice in relation to adult social care and mental health

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a public sector organisation that are very accommodating of their employees, potentially allowing part time or condensed hours and some working from home. They are also able to offer an attractive hourly rate up to £45 per hour, through an umbrella company (DOE).
