In-house Commercial Lawyer
Based nr Bath
Due to growth, a market leading and highly innovative company are recruiting for a commercial lawyer to join the in-house legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal. Based in their Head office in Somerset you will be working on a wide range of corporate, commercial and project work.
A fully supportive role this will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, supporting new product launches, intellectual property, data protection, commercial property and responding to regulatory developments.
This a rare opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking for a long term move within a very supportive company which has an excellent reputation for looking after the wellbeing of their staff. With this in mind they encourage regular exercise at their onsite gym and also offer yoga classes!
