Head of Family Solicitor

Our client is a quality driven youthful firm who work hard to establish strong long relationships with their clients and this has helped them establish a great reputation in their area. They specialise in providing personal legal services such as Private client and Residential Conveyancing advice but they are now looking to expand into the Family area. This has provided an opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor who is looking or a challenge in their career. The role would entail setting up, growing and establishing the department therefore the successful candidate must have the ability to build client relationships, work independently and be highly driven.

The work will be traditional family matters such as divorce, finance, co-habitation and much more with exposure to some HNW cases too. There will be secretarial support available but this is truly an opportunity to challenge yourself and gain some experience of building a team from scratch and there are great career prospects in this role with a clear route to partnership for the right proactive and dedicated individual.

The successful candidate should be at least 5years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this bracket.
