THE ROLE
In this role, you will join the commercial property team with a focus on a key national developer. You will handle the caseload of new builds from inception through to completion with the support of an experienced assistant.

PROGRESSION
The firm actively encourage career progression and as this role will be within the commercial team; there is the opportunity to have exposure with large commercial clients as well as the residential caseload. This is a brand new role so you can really make it your own and play a significant part in the growth of the team.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
*You must have previous experience within residential conveyancing to include new builds and plot sales
*You will have strong communication and relationship building skills
*Confident using a case management system
*You must be self motivated with a real drive to succeed and develop
