The role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client solicitor, ideally 6+ years PQE, to join an already growing department based in Ascot, Berkshire.
In this role, you will be dealing with a broad, diverse range of caseloads varying from medium-networth to high-networth cases. Whilst experience is key, personability in the role is of equal importance. Moreover, you will be working alongside some of the regions most commercially minded, yet approachable and sympathetic solicitors.
In this role you will be dealing with a broad variety of LPA's, wills, probate, tax and estate planning. An understanding of all these aspects of Private Client is key to a successful application.
Requirements
- You will be ideally, 6+ years PQE, but more junior applications will be considered, and more senior applications are encouraged!
- You will ideally be STEP qualified
- You will be competent in managing your own caseloads
- You will be personable, ambitious and driven
