This is a rare opportunity for an employment paralegal to move in-house.
Client Details
Our client is a long established association, based near Birmingham city centre.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling own Claimant employment law case load
- Providing factual analysis, research and advice on a variety of employment issues
- Preparing employment tribunal documents, including drafting case plans, claim forms, witness statements and other legal documents
- Conducting case management of employment tribunal claims and where required case management of regulatory matters
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A law degree
- LPC is desirable but not essential
- A good knowledge of employment law which can be demonstrated by at least 12 months employment paralegal experience
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
