Conveyancing Fee Earner - North Manchester

Fantastic role for an experienced conveyancer with 2 Years' PQE+ to join this Greater Manchester based firm and work on a high quality of conveyancing matters. Based near Bury this new office is easily located by motorway and has local on site parking.

This role will initially see you dealing with a caseload of circa 80 - 100 files and have a Paralegal supporting your caseload. You will be dealing with existing work from their other offices whilst the new instructions build up from the local area. Once you have settled within the office you will also be expected to assist with business development within the local community and help the department to become self sufficient.

Experience of dealing with transactions from start to finish will be essential for this role as you will be dealing with all aspects of the role. This position does have the potential to develop into a senior role you will need to have a minimum of 4 years' experience within a conveyancing environment.
