Multi-accredited firm in West Sussex seeks a dynamic Corporate and Commercial Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.
Joining our client’s Lexcel accredited practice located in Worthing, the successful applicant will be given the opportunity to undertake a vast and complex caseload. Developing new and existing skills, you will be part of a highly-successful corporate and commercial team.
Responsibilities
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Share buy-backs
• Business sale and purchases
• Corporate finance and restructuring
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Company formation
• Trading and funding agreements
The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of eight years’ PQE
• Corporate and commercial experience is essential
• Ideally have a following with a network within the local and surrounding areas
• Proven track record of forming long-standing client relationships is desired
