Fast growing international insurance business seeks in house commercial and corporate lawyer to join London legal team.
The Role
Acting as legal counsel, you will be responsible for commercial agreements with retailers, business partners and third parties, as well as special projects, transactions and procurement. Reporting to the Managing Counsel, you will also draft and negotiate contracts, provide group wide advice on insurance regulation, T&Cs, e-commerce, promotions and consumer protection.
Whilst this is a commercial role, it would also suit a corporate lawyer looking to transition into a broader commercial role within a fast growing, international business.
You
You will be a qualified UK lawyer with corporate or commercial experience. You will possess technical legal acumen, the ability to apply it commercially, as well as the confidence to convey it to various business units and senior stakeholders.
