In-House Commercial Solicitor

A stand out opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a specialist In-House legal department in central York.

Our client provides tailored legal advice to medical practices throughout the United Kingdom and requires someone with a solid commercial background to join them and assist with the sales and acquisitions of medical practices.

Working alongside the director, you will assist with transactions, partnership and associate agreements, expense share agreements and advise on other legal matters as and when required, liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of the medical sector is not required but a strong grounding in general commercial work is essential whether that was gained in private practice or industry.
