A leading Kent based firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, full time contract.
Role Description
The Residential Property Solicitor will join this firm’s Residential Conveyancing team, handling HNW property matters to include
- Sales and purchases (leasehold and freehold properties)
- Equity releas
- Re-mortgages
- You will also be assisting a Partner and supporting the more junior members of the team.
Candidate Profile
The successful Conveyancing Lawyer will ideally have the following attributes:
- 5-7 years’ PQE
- Extensive Residential Property experience within a leading firm
- The ability to independently manage a varied caseload
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Efficient and organised
- Confidence, motivation and professionalism
