An opportunity has surfaced for a senior Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established firm situated on the Surrey/South London border. This role is offered on a permanent, full time contract.
The Role
The Private Client Solicitor will manage a team of 5 fee earners and support staff, as well as handling a HNW caseload of matters including:
- Wills and probate
- Trusts
- Estates
- Court of Protection
Candidate Profile
The successful Private Client Lawyer will ideally have:
- 7+ years’ PQE
- Significant experience in all aspects of private client work
- Experience handling a HNW caseload
- A background in management
- STEP Membership
- The ability to effectively contribute to business development of the firm
