Corporate/Commercial Solicitor.
Our client is a long established and highly regarded law firm, looking to recruit a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join the team at their Tameside office. With strong roots in the local area, the firm has a loyal client base which has grown over the years and allows the firm to provide a full service to regional and local clients. The firm is award winning, with recent awards in business and at the Manchester Legal Awards.
The corporate and commercial team provides advice across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters to include mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase of insolvent businesses, partnership agreements, company mortgages, and debentures and business structuring. You will join to run your own caseload working alongside the existing team which is headed at partner level.
You will join as a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least six months’ PQE through to around three years (though candidates with the requisite experience outside of this PQE bracket are encouraged to apply). Importantly you will have a good background in advising across a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions appropriate to your PQE level.
