The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Associate (3-6 years PQE)to join our busy team in our vibrant City of Manchester office

The Corporate Department is highly Ranked in the Legal 500 and is growing from year to year. They deals complex transactions across Healthcare, Food & Drink, IT, Sports and Retail. They are led by a legal 500 recommended Leading Individual.

You will work within a dynamic forward thinking firm on an array of interesting Corporate matters. The Corporate Department handles matters across M&A, Buying and Selling, Joint Ventures, Investments, Capital Markets, Shareholders Agreements, Promotions.

You will be working with within a Leading Team with a large and Varied clientele.

This position comes with an excellent opportunity for a Fast track into Partnership!

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer who is a 3-6 years PQE (there are no upper limits in terms of candidates for consideration for a more senior position)
• Having Some Corporate Commercial is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent Technical and Commercial Ability
• You will have an experience handling your own caseload of High quality work.
• Salary is negotiable depending on the level of your PQE, plus an excellent benefits Package
