The role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their Manchester office.

The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.

You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
