Are you an experienced Employment Litigation Fee Earner looking for their next challenge?

Our innovative client is looking for an Employment Litigation Fee Earner to join their team in Manchester. They are looking for a litigator with at least 3 years' experience with a lot of motivation, drive and with a good eye for detail to join their firm.

This is a 12 month FTC but does have prospects of going permanent as it is a growing area, however, this is not guaranteed.

Their clients comprise of businesses, high-net worth individuals and associations across a broad spectrum of industries

The Role:

Advising insurers, insured and private clients in relation to general employment law issues
Employment disputes prior to issue of proceedings (early conciliation, settlement agreements and opinions)
Conducting proceedings in the Employment Tribunal
Bringing or defending appeals in the EAT
Assisting colleagues in other departments in disseminating employment law knowledge and experience

Ideal candidate:

2+ years litigation experience
Previous Insurance experience ideal
Experience of working with SME's before
Proven ability to handle high turnover work
Be organised in approach


The successful candidate will be based within their Manchester office.
