Childcare Solicitor

A great opportunity has arisen for a childcare solicitor to be a part of a growing team based in the firm's office in Surrey.

The childcare solicitor will join a well established firm specialising in childcare law.

Role and Requirements:

- The childcare solicitor will be experienced in or have some exposure as an NQ to child law, specifically publicly funded work;
- You will be dealing with predominantly child care law including (but not limited to) care proceedings, child abuse, separation, child abductions.
- The childcare solicitor will need to confidently attend PLO meetings, court proceedings and negotiate with social workers;
- Assisting senior solicitors with complex child care related matters.
