Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor.
Our expanding Newbury-based client currently has a Litigation team which is growing from strength to strength. We are now recruiting for a Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor with 2 years of PQE for a contract to perm role.
The client is a friendly and supportive Legal 500 firm which is developing from small to medium size.
Work will include dealing with Contractual Claims for a wide array of clients. Corporate Commercial and Property disputes, Professional Negligence, and some Contentious Probate.
Marketing and business development is not essential as there is a current caseload in place.
You should be, however, comfortable running your own caseload. You will work underneath partners and above junior members of the team in a position of responsibility and autonomy.
