Successful and established law firm based in the heart of the City are looking for a driven commercial real estate paralegal to assist their busy and highly respected property team. The majority of the work will be commercial real estate although if you have had exposure to residential property, this will be an advantage. You will be expected to liaise with clients, draft documents, help with due diligence, arrange and attend meetings, conduct legal research, report on title, deal with post exchange/post completion formalities (Land Registry applications, SDLT Returns etc.) and prepare and assist with drafting documents. This is an ideal role for a property paralegal who has started their career in a regional law firm and is now looking to move to the City.

This is a very involved role and a rare opportunity to gain quality training and experience. It is essential that you have some good experience as a commercial real estate paralegal (at least six months) and a thorough knowledge of commercial property. You must also be confident with all aspects of the post completion process. You must be proactive, have good communication skills and be able to work capably on your own as well as in a team.
