Role/Team:

* The role sits within the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, which itself is part of the Business and Professional Risk department of the firm.
* The team works for numerous well-known local, national and international businesses in the private sector; a broad range of clients in the public sector including healthcare, education and local/central government; and leading national and foreign Insolvency Practitioners

Candidate:

* NQ- 3PQE
* Commercial Litigation seat/experience
* Exposure or interest in Insolvency is desirable

Salary/Benefits:

* Starting salary of £40,000
* Competitive benefits package
