A Legal 100 firm in Guildford have an urgent need for a Construction Solicitor to advise clients on a full range of contentious matters.
The construction department act for an array of clients; employers (corporates and high net worth individuals), construction professionals, contractors and sub-contractors and typical disputes include payments disputes, professional negligence claims and issues of delay and defective works.
Ideally, you will be experienced of adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC and suit an early to mid career construction solicitor who enjoys litigation.
