My Client is a well established law firm looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team in their South Liverpool office.

On a day to day basis, this role will consist of dealing with a caseload covering all aspects of Residential Property from initiation to completion including freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy shared equity, right to buy, re-mortgage, transfer of equity and transfer of part. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience within a Residential Conveyancer role, handling their own caseload. This firm are able to offer flexible and part time working hours, free onsite parking and excellent progression opportunities.

The salary on offer for the successful Residential Conveyancer is dependant upon your previous property experience.
