A leading Legal 100 Surrey-based firm are looking for a technically strong NQ Solicitor to join their Corporate team in Guildford. This Corporate Solicitor opportunity is offered in a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities of your new role
In your new Corporate Solicitor role, you will be joining a 6 Partner and 14 Lawyer team who are rated in the top tiers of both Chambers and Legal 500, supported by specialist teams in banking, finance, intellectual property, and tax. Acting for major international clients, PLC's to mid-tier businesses across the UK, Europe, and Internationally, you will advise on:
- Corporate finance
- M&A
- Private equity
- Fund raising
- Corporate advisory
- Restructuring and insolvency
Candidate requirements
The firm seeks an NQ Solicitor who demonstrates:
- Strong technical ability in Corporate law
- Experience / training with a top City or regional firm
- The ability to thrive at a top practice with London quality work without the commute
