A high street firm based in Grantham are looking for a Conveyancer to join their large and well-known Residential Conveyancing team for a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities of your new role

Joining a thriving team, your core duties in this Conveyancing role will include:

• Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish, with the support from legal secretaries and paralegals
• Acting for a strong base of repeat clients
• Business development and marketing initiatives
• Handling the odd high value or complex property query
• Working on unregistered land and leasehold transactions, new build properties, re-mortgaging, help to buy, and shared ownership properties

The firm is a traditional high street practice who pride themselves on their reputation and quality of services to clients.

Candidate requirements

The firm seeks a licensed Residential Conveyancer, qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who demonstrates experience dealing with the full range of conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.

Applications from any level of qualified will be considered, as will applications from relocators, however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
