Senior Business Development Executive

It’s a wonderful time for a Senior Business Development Executive to join a top 20 international law firm in the City of London.
The Senior Business Development Executive will support in the delivery of business development plans with particular focus on developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Duties include:
- Preparation of bids
- Support Partners in relation to sector initiatives with specific clients/targets
- Track/monitor forthcoming projects, including budget management
- Maintain Sector information on firm websites
- Pre and post-event support
- Lead on the implementation of specific BD projects such as "Thought Leadership" initiatives
- Monitor Trade Association websites and bulletins
- Attend Sector lawyer meetings.
- Support the budgetary planning/reporting process
Requirements include:
- Educated to degree level with/or intending to have a marketing qualification is desirable
- Previous experience of business development in a professional services environment is essential.
- Previous business development experience focussed on technology/life sciences would be a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
