Civil Litigation Lawyer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a local authority based in the North West. Located in Greater Manchester, the offices are easily accessible by public transport and have a carpark nearby.

The successful Litigation Lawyer will be required to take on a varied load of civil litigation work, including, but not exclusive to:

• Housing matters such as disrepair and possession proceedings
• Request for injunctions and housing applications
• Contract reviews and disputes
• School appeals and reviews
• Queries in relation to constitution
• Debt recovery matters, including recovery of care home debts

The Litigation Lawyer will be available immediately and begin on a 6 month basis initially, although there will be a strong possibility of the role continuing beyond that.
