A market-leading manufacturer is looking for a Paralegal to join their Newcastle based team. The business has experienced considerable growth over the past few years, expanding into new international markets and increasing their turnover and profits substantially.
About the Role
The Paralegal will support the legal team by assisting with the following:
- Managing a contract database
- NDAs
- Company Guarantees
- Letters of intent
- Confidentiality agreements
- Other smaller scale commercial matters
Over time, you will take on greater responsibility within this role, so this is a great opportunity to grow your knowledge and expertise.
Candidate Profile
The successful Paralegal is likely to have:
- LPC Qualification
- At least 6 months’ experience in a legal / commercial environment
- Familiarity with commercial contracts
- Flexibility and ability to take on any tasks required to support the business
- Commitment to an in-house role
