Legal Counsel, Digital/E-Commerce - EMEA - Paris
We have been instructed to source a qualified lawyer who has 5+ years of experience advising clients in the information technology or digital media and privacy space and is keen to move into the medical device industry.
In this role, you will collaborate with the business and advise them on interpretation and application of laws, regulations, and best practice related to the delivery of online, mobile and digital products and services to both internal and external customers.
You will be required to advise on a broad range of legal areas including privacy, data security, consumer protection, health care provider interactions, marketing, promotion, licensing and intellectual property.
You will be a French qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualified experience and you will be fluent in English as well as speaking one or more European languages.
