Part-Time Local Authority Solicitor- Cumbria
This is a part-time position for a qualified Solicitor to join a large City Council's legal team in Cumbria.
You will provide advice and manage a caseload of property transactions on a current project the Council is working on.
The role will involve conducing legal property work- namely property transactions on behalf of the Council, and dealing with other matters relating to landowner/landlord work.
For this role, this Local Authority based in Cumbria are seeking a qualified candidate with a background in commercial property. Whilst a background from a Local Authority would be beneficial, it isn't essential- therefore this role could be suitable for someone considering a move from Private Practice.
