Senior Legal Counsel (6+ PQE) - 15029/TTL

This global company in B2B and B2C apparel, beauty, lifestyle design, development, and related support businesses is seeking a senior commercial lawyer to join its Hong Kong office. You will primarily be responsible for providing legal and regulatory advice including drafting and negotiating contracts, participating in policy development and managing business risks. You should be a legally qualified lawyer of a minimum of 6 years' PQE preferably gained in an international law firm and/or in-house commercial environment. Knowledge of the logistics and global supply chain industry is an advantage. A commercial mindset and fluency in English and Mandarin are required. REF: 15029/TTL
