An innovative and award winning corporate firm, our client is looking for a commercial solicitor to join the team.

You will be experienced in drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial agreements, ranging from standard trading terms and conditions to high-value, complex multi-jurisdictional contracts, and will be involved with IP, IT and data privacy.

The commercial team advises all types of commercial organisations (from SMEs to organisations with a global presence). The team's work spans commercial, operational and strategic issues for different types of organisations across a range of sectors including chemicals, health and social care and transport and logistics.
