This highly regarded firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Property team based in Bristol. This is a unique opportunity and a role which will make an important contribution to the overall work of the Conveyancing team. This is an award-winning firm with a progressive culture who will invest, train and value you at all levels. They have a traditional approach to conveyancing in the way they liaise with clients, however the team is very innovative and progressive with a real focus on quality and client care. What you will need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive or be studying towards CILEx qualifications. You will be confident handling a mixed residential caseload from initial instruction through to post completion and willing to assist with the development and continued growth of the property department and increase their reputation within Bristol and the wider region.
