Legal Counsel - Technology / Manufacturing

A global manufacturer is looking for a Commercial Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join their European In-house Legal team based in Nottinghamshire.

The business has offices in more than 30 countries worldwide and now employs over 30,000 people. Their In-house Legal team, based in Nottinghamshire, looks after operations throughout Europe, Russia, South Africa, Turkey, and Morocco.

Based in the East Midlands, the ideal candidate will;

- Have more than 4 years PQE
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including sales, distribution, and IT
- Be comfortable working in other jurisdictions and travelling accordingly
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with legal and non-legal colleagues throughout the business

This is a great position for a Commercial Lawyer who is interested in working in a multi-jurisdictional role with the opportunity to travel and work with colleagues and clients from a variety of cultures.
