Commercial Contracts Locum

Broad ranging commercial contracts caseload with this leading higher education institution. The contract will be between 6-12 months and with an immediate start.
Hourly/Day rate depending on experience possibly 250-400 per day (inside IR35)

Reporting to a Head of Commercial Law, you will draft and negotiate a range of contracts covering procurement, supplier, technology, IP, service and other sector specific agreements.

Midlands based but with the potential to work one day a week from home.
