Permanent Conveyancing Paralegal roles available in Stockport, upwards of 18k depending on experience
Your new company
A fantastic opportunity to join a well renowned legal firm in Stockport, during an exciting period of growth. They are recognised nationally as one of the leading conveyancing firms and deal with high volumes of conveyancing transactions. They have a large team dedicated solely to property services, and pride themselves on providing a fast, efficient and cost effective service for their clients.
Your new role
Working as a Conveyancing Case Manager you will be dealing with a large / high volume caseload of residential property matters (sale and purchase). You will be responsible for the day to day progression of files as well as keeping clients updated on the conveyancing process. Your role will be busy and varied, so you will need to be well organised, as you will be liaising with Clients, Lenders, Mortgage Brokers and other Solicitors, and ensuring an efficient service and timely communication with clients.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have at least 12 months experience in a similar high volume conveyancing role as a Paralegal / Fee Earner / Case Manager / Conveyancer. There is also a possibility of being considered for the role if you are able to demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience in a high volume personal injury role - so long as your caseload was high volume and you are happy to look at learning a new area, your application could be considered, although some conveyancing experience would be preferred.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered an opportunity to join a great firm during an exciting period of growth, along with a competitive salary of 18-28k depending on experience, additional bonus earning potential and opportunities for career progression.
