Conveyancing Paralegal

One of Altrincham's longest standing high street firm are looking to add an experienced and ambitious conveyancing paralegal to their reputable property team. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your career within a supportive and friendly environment.

You will be responsible for providing assistance to a solicitor with their caseload alongside being responsible for running your own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions. You will gain exposure to a range of matters such as help to buy, first registration, right to buy and new build files. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a traditional conveyancing environment with a great standard of work.

The firm have the luxury of a number of stable sources of work, however they have a number of repeat clients and referrals thanks to their longstanding reputation within the area. You will be required to provide a high level of client care and attention.

To be considered for this position you should have upwards of 12 months' experience as a conveyancing paralegal. Having previous experience in both assisting and running your own caseload would be extremely advantageous.
