My client is a well-established name in the Corporate space, and regularly advises on a wide array of M&As, capital markets and renewable energy solutions. Clients include large multinational corporations, private equity and overseas HNW investors. The Corporate team are widely recognised for their expertise in their field, with a total of 30 fee earners, 10 of which are partners. They are one of the UK's busiest and fastest growing corporate teams, and the firm has seen double-digit growth for the last 3 years, including record revenue in 2018.

The Role

My client seeks a Corporate Associate to take a hands-on role in further developing the Corporate practice. There will be a high level of client contact in which you will undertake business development solutions and provide an excellent level of service for new and existing clients. The following characteristics are required for a Corporate Associate:

• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 PQE
• Demonstrable experience as a Corporate Associate, in either a specialised field such as renewables or more general M&A work
• A passion for developing a rapidly growing practice
