Financial Services/Regulatory Lawyer
This large offshore law firm has an opening for an experienced regulatory lawyer with expertise in the financial services sector. You will join a team that advises a blue-chip international client base of banks, financial institutions and investment funds on every aspect of Cayman Islands regulation as it impacts their business in the jurisdiction. Requirements
- 3-8 years’ pqe in financial services regulatory law gained in a law firm, in-house within a financial institution or with one of the regulators.
- Please note that a minimum of three years’ pqe is required for work permit reasons.
- Qualification in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (most typically Australia, New Zealand or Canada) is required for admission to the Cayman Bar.
