The Role:
A successful firm are currently looking for an Employment Lawyer to join their team in Central Cardiff. This role will involve running a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights cases. Representing the Employee, the position will include providing advice on unfair dismissal, wages and discrimination claims.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will be either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of experience managing Employment Rights cases. You will have excellent knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedures, as well as the litigation process. The successful candidate will be able to construct clear and effective arguments, also able to display empathy and understanding, demonstrating the company values in providing a personal approach to their professional legal services.
