Defendant Motor Team Leader - Halifax

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal with at least a year’s experience as Team Leader or Manager role in a similar environment to join a leading Specialist Insurance Litigation firm.

We work with a variety of clients and have a reputation for responding innovatively to client needs, empowering our staff and delivering a quality service whilst managing costs.

In addition to your own caseload, adjusted to give you the space and time to lead, you will mentor a team of Personal Injury Motor Claim Handlers and Litigators, with a focus and passion for individual and team coaching and development. With experience gained in a similar specialist practice or insurer background, you will be looking for a role with stability and security, excellent long-term client relationships and a steady flow of high quality instructions to develop your skills and expertise.  Our Partners recognise that we recruit all our Lawyers for the future and they take an active and keen interest in developing your potential.

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be strong in IT and a proven Team Player with a positive, can do attitude and commercial, pragmatic approach.
