The Role

Working with predominantly legal professionals, you will be responsible for building relationships and providing a first-class recruitment service. You will have full autonomy over your own candidates and clients and will seek to develop new business opportunities as much as understanding clients' needs and objectives to deliver relevant recruitment solutions.

About you

Ideally you will have previous recruitment experience with a proven track record achieving targets. But more importantly, you will have a passion for recruitment, being keen to take your recruitment career to the next level. As well as being highly organised, you will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and interpret clients' needs. You will be an ambitious professional, keen to succeed, with a strong work ethic. And you will be a good team player too, able to fit within our friendly, open office environment.
