RTA Fee Earner

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a RTA Fee Earner on behalf of a well established and respected firm of national Solicitors. This role will see you joining the RTA team within the Sheffield office.

Duties will include;

-    Handling and progressing your own caseload of claimant, fast track Non Portal RTA cases through to settlement or trial 
-    Ascertaining whether to litigate files 
-    Investigating and making decisions with regards to liability 
-    Collating and reviewing evidence 
-    Conducting legal research 
-    Instructing medical experts 
-    Instructing Counsel 
-    Attending meetings with clients and witnesses to prepare statements 
-    Assessing quantum 
-    Preparing legal documents including schedules of loss and court documents
