This is a brilliant opportunity to work within a top employment practice within the Aberdeen office. You will be expected to work as part of the broader employment team dealing with clients from across the UK and beyond. You will work alongside highly successful, well-respected Partners with high levels of exposure and client contact, which will put you ahead of your years of PQE.
As an Employment Solicitor, your caseload will be varied which will make for an interesting role, you will deal with; day-to-day employment queries, employment litigation, providing HR advice and support to clients, policy and procedure drafting, non-contentious transactional support, along with delivering client training.
You will ideally be around 3+ years' PQE, however, this is a guide and those who have employment experience are encouraged to apply.
