Pro-Legal are working closely with a leading International firm looking for a high calibre Corporate Tax Associate to join a close-knit team.

This particular client offers a broad scope of work, spanning M&A, Real Estate, Funds and Asset Finance Tax matters. They truly offer a broad scope of work and the team also creates its own standalone work, as well as working closely with the Private Equity team.

Having met with the Corporate Tax Partners at this truly International firm, they are looking for two Associates, one junior and one mid-level Associate due to a busy workload.

Many of the Partners and Associates are ex-Magic Circle and Silver Circle, who have joined this client for a number of reasons, including the genuinely enjoyable working culture they cultivate, a broad scope of work, a reasonable work/life balance and the opportunity for career progression within the firm.

This particular client has a strong focus on training and development within the firm and they have an emphasis on progressing their Associates internally through the firm. The Partners are actively involved in helping Associates to progress and they have structured training programmes, aimed at different levels to help [people progress.

Personality fit is key for this client, as they are looking to maintain an enjoyable working culture internally. They look for personable, ambitious and client facing individuals who want to be a key part in growing the London team further.

The successful candidate is likely to:

• Have 0-6 years post qualification experience
• Excellent academics
• A broad scope of Tax work, or keen to get involved in a range of work
